2) Data Collected and App Permissions
When using the flottehelfer app, the following data and permissions are required to provide the cleaning service:
App Permissions
– Camera – to take photos of areas to be cleaned, which are attached to work orders and service records.
– Photos/Media/Files (Storage) – to save and upload images of the property in the app.
– Location (Precise & Approximate) – to automatically capture the client’s address when creating an order and to help employees navigate via Google Maps.
– Internet Access – to send and receive order data, upload images, and send contracts via email.
– Signature Capture – to record the client’s signature on the digital contract, stored securely and included in the PDF sent to the client.
Personal Data Collected
– Name (for contract and client identification)
– Phone Number (to contact the client regarding service)
– Email Address (to send contracts and service updates)
– Photos of the Property (to document cleaning tasks)
– Client Signature (legal confirmation of service)
– Location Data (to identify the cleaning address and navigate to it)

3) Purpose of Data Processing
The collected data is used solely for:
– Providing and managing cleaning services
– Creating and sending service contracts
– Documenting work performed (photos and signatures)
– Communicating with the client about the service
We do not use the data for advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Data is not shared with third parties, except with necessary service providers (e.g. email services) used to send contracts.
